Welcome to STEYNSFX. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading our Expert Advisor, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service

STEYNSFX provides access to trading software, setup resources, updates, and related membership services. The Expert Advisor is provided for educational and automated trading assistance purposes only.

2. No Financial Advice

STEYNSFX does not provide investment advice, financial advice, or any guarantee of profit. All trading decisions and risks are your own responsibility.

3. Subscription

Access to the EA and related resources requires an active subscription. If your subscription expires, access to protected files and trading authorization may be disabled.

4. License Usage

Each license is for one customer and may be linked to one MT5 account. Sharing, reselling, copying, reverse engineering, or distributing the EA is strictly prohibited.

5. Refunds

Refunds may only be considered for technical access issues where the product cannot be delivered or accessed. Refunds are not provided for trading losses or performance-related dissatisfaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

STEYNSFX is not liable for trading losses, broker issues, platform issues, internet failures, VPS failures, market volatility, or misuse of the software.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
